[Resolved]  Lenovo — Improper service

My name is DIPINLAL.P, D. I am an M.E student.I have bought lenovo laptop on 11th november 2013.It have one year warranty.but last month it had some boot up problem(while switching on the laptop, only the black screen will shown not boot the operating system .This problem occured intermediately.Serial no.of my laptop was CB24908724 and model is G500.so i went to official service centre of lenovo at kozhikode(Hi Tech informatics Pvt Ltd) and complaint a register(SO No.[protected]). they identified as the problem was ODD driver.They replaced the hardware on this Tuesday (18/11/14).but today onwards the same problem exist.(just one and half day after replacement) I again called the lenovo service centre but they replied that your warranty has expired, and for further service i should pay. when i complaint the problem, it have the warranty period, now it is not.but the problem still exist.Which means they failed identify the problem or not properly serviced.so i request them consider my problem as it was my warranty period.but officials replied that my warranty period expired
