First Request:
Lenovo case: [protected] raised on 19 Oct 2022 by spending 30-45 mins for raising ticket
Service came at doorstep on 27 oct 2022 and issue of "Laptop not charging" wa not reproduced(not seen)
because the laptop was not used by me from 19 oct 2022 to 27 oct 2022 and might be charge in motherboard was drained out and hence
it was working on 27 oct 2022 when service person came.
Informed me, to call again if the issue occurs.
Second Request: [protected]
On 3rd Nov 2022, issue occured and service person told that, since it took more than week, i have to raise the new request.
From morning i was calling customer service and till now complete request not yet created completely
I dont know when the service person will come for second request.
Based on my previous experience from first request, service person availed after a week when requested created and this time
it might take same time.
here, time is wasted for me and also mental tension since i need to work for the organisation and worried that bad impression comes on me since
