Lenovo — Lenovo k3 note not connecting 4g | |||
I have bought this phone in oct 2015, and soon after switching my connection to 4g it stopped connecting to any network and later accepted and agreed by the service center as "manufacturing defect" and did resolve the issue taking 10 days (in april 2016). within 40 days of span it stopped working again and took another 10 days to replace the hardware /motherboard by service center but sound quality been dropped off badly. I send a grievance note to the lenovo care and they didn't respond to my queries and now asking me to drop the handset with service center again. They claimed that this handset supports 4g, but it actually not. Let me know what should be done to either 1) reimburse the amount or 2) replace this with a better model. Yes, i have seen this happening. Lenovo should take such issues into account and give their customers proper remedy.
