I have a lenovo p15v laptop with comprehensive 3 yr premium warranty.
I had filed a complaint on[protected]:01 for loose control key and informed the agent that it is getting loose day by day and will come out.
The service engineer tried calling me next day, but I couldn't pick the call due to some issues. However, I tried calling them back but no one picked up the call again. Then I called back the customer service agent and she told me that this will not be covered under warranty. after couple of weeks my trackpad also started getting unresponsive for some of the functions. I again raised the complaint but again the same agent picked up the phone and denied the service. She told me to get the control key repaired first only then she will raise the ticket for the trackpad.
This is totally unacceptable. They are mentioning the manufacturing defects resulting into loose key and some unresponsive functions on trackpad as damages. Was this information helpful? |
