Lenovo — Lenovo smartphone not working proper and also customer care service not answer

Sir, i had purchased lenovo mobile A6000 now its not working . battery is not charge and after charging it will be low in very fast . for a one day i must have to charge 3 or 4 time. service center not ready to change my mobile. bcs they said that if you purchased from flip kart then contact them. PLEASE SUPPORT ME.
