Dear sir I have purchased a Smart Mobile Phone " Lenovo Vibe K5 Gold 18GB'' IMEI No. [protected], online through Amazon.in. Invoice no. KA-BLRS[protected] dated 24rth Jul.16 Problem is that sometimes incoming call ring tone is hearing but who is calling (Number or Name) is not showing. Few days back I contacted your customer care and they have replied for reset the mobile. I have done same as advised but problem as it is. So I am feeling very unfortunate. Please do the needful.
