17-feb-2018 Gunti bala kishore Complaint in regard to lenovo vibe k5vplus Timing - around 12.20-12.45. The customer is walking into your service center second time. He was not able to explain properly so i being his daughter spoke to that lady and the way she responses is so disgusting. You say it is a authorised service center you need to atleast have minimum manners to talk to your customers. Especially your front line staff, that girl who so ever doesn't have even a bit of common sense to have eticates to apprach customers. Your brand name would be shattered as pexpletives look forward to lenovo as a customer centries services. I need a explanation for this unacceptable behaviour by your staff.
