Lenovo — Mobile phone poor service | |||||
Hereby I want to complaint that I had brought lenovo K3 note cell phone. Now in this cell phone touch pad and speaker are not working which is in warranty period so given it to lenovo authorised service center At Nexon Technologies, Nr- Dinesh chamber, india colony, Bapunagar Ahmedabad. As per their commitment It will be repaired within maximum 10 days but when I call them after 12 days they are saying that still not repaired coz its parts haven't come so it will take more few days. I have no another cell phone so I m in much more difficulties. I hope my complaint sovle as soon as possible and another customer will not bear this kind of poor service.
