Lenovo — Mobile touch pad not working

Sir,
i am using Lenovo A7000-a handset an few days ago its touch screen function (back function and home function) is not working and this handset gifted to me with my uncle and he purchased it from Dubai and i don't have its bill receipt now. So please help me to resolve this issue, is there any option so that Lenovo service center will sort out this issue in absence of bill.
