Lenovo — Model number is different as on the box display

I've purchased a lenovo A6000 plus from ur site. The box of the phone shows Lenovo A6000 plus but the phone shows the model number as lenovo A6000 and not Lenovo A6000 plus. The company has sold lenovo A6000 in new packing of lenovo A6000 plus or what. Why does the phone shows model number as Lenovo A6000.
