I purchased one monitor from lenovo through filpkart. Within the warranty period it stop working. i register the complaints in lenovo helpdesk, They communicated that need to replace the monitor . after there is no communication from them. I mailed multiple mail to them, always getting some system generated mail from them, not a vaid response from them. almost 6 month i am waiting for the replacement for monitor. Also they close the ticket what i am raised by saying it is resolved. Could you please help for this?
