Lenovo — Not providing mobile service

I have purchased Lenovo K3 Note(Black) from Pay TM(online) via PAYTM SHIPMENT ID :[protected], But Suddenly Mobile is not working completely.So i had shown it to Bharuch(Gujarat) Service Station, but athorised person did not attend due to purchased from Online after that i have correspond with PAYTM and Lenovo but no any reply for solve problem.
