Lenovo — Not responded by service centre for replacing the mobile phone | |||
I purchased lenovo k3 note on 04.08.2016 from s. S. Mobile, shop no. 12-a, corporation market, nodra bridge chowk, jabalpur. Mobile using after 02 - 03 days k3 note mobile ph. Is hanged and automatically shutdown. When i went to shop for replacing the mobile they said that to contact the service center. I went service center on 10.08.2016 and explained the problem then mobile has been formatted and updated by the service center but next day the same problem has been occurred. On 11.08.2016 i went to service center then mobile has been accepted by the service center and assuring that after 24 hour you will get a do letter for replacing the mobile but i went every day to service center and till date i have not received any do letter and behave rudely by the service center.
