Hello sir/madam I have already complained in service center "Avon Business" Jabalpur for my lenovo a690 on 09 June 2014, they are telling that come after some days. many times i have gone through the service center now i am frustrated about that & now i want to request for replace or refund for my product. My service complaint is on the name of Akanaksha Goyal. Please Tell me what to do for my refund or replacement or else i will go to the consumer forum.this phone is now become is a big headache for me. Reply me soon.
