Lenovo — Very bad laptop service @ bangalore

Hi, I bought a lenovo laptop (idea ThinkPad) costing me 60K on 2014 January. Last month my laptop was suddenly not starting.and So i went to lenovo service center Bangalore (LAPTOP STORE Sigma Arcade, 3rd Floor Airport road, Marathahalli). I got a call next day saying motherboard is gone and i have to replace mother board. I agreed to purchase the mother board and laptop warranty is also over so it will cost me 10K. I agreed and she said it takes one week. After that i didn't get any call for 2 weeks. I called them after 2 weeks and they said i didnt give permission to purchase the mother board and then later said this motherboard still not available. So i have to check with other service center. But i still have to pay 500Rs as service charge to get my laptop back. My laptop still has the same problem and they didnt fix anything and i have to pay 500 Rs just to get my laptop back with out any service. I dont understand why a lenovo certified service center cant fix a mother board issue for a laptop which cost me 60K (one year old). This is very very frustrating and i called the service help line[protected] and complained. Got a response saying they cannot guarantee the laptop condition or parts after one year.
