Im very sorry to say this before i have posted with wrong date now im posting with detail description of my mobile details along with invoice details.
I have purchased a smartphone "lenovo zuk z1" through amazon with my friend account on may 19th 2016. After one month following problems are arising in my handset:
1) both sim cards are not detecting.
2) hanging problem in handset after attending calls.
3) display not working after a call.
4) while calling to others it is going to automatically restart.
5) display is blinking automatically and heating mobile also.
I have also visited service center:

Lenovo service center persons said it will take time for sevicing 15 days at that time i was agreed for that, after 15 days i was called them but they told me it will take 7 more days, so, again i was agreed, after 7 days i was called them again but they told me same thing it will take 7 more days, till now im not get my mobile back almost 30 days is completed. Im irritating really about lenovo service center. I want my mobile back or i want my mobile replacing with some other mobile.

This is a very formal request to lenovo company to return my mobile.
I am ready to proceed with any formalities required i. E,. Returning the handset or any documentation. I want the action to be taken within 3 days of receiving the complaint. Looking forward for your reply
