Lenovo Zuk Z1 — Hardware issue - Automatic Flight mode | |||||
The Lenova Zuk Z1 Mobile bought from Amazon on May 19 was broken in the beginning. So it was replaced by Amazon. The replaced mobile was used just 10 days. By Jun 10th the Flight mode (Aeroplane mode) got automatically switched on. No signal is being detected when sim is inserted. When I gave to service, they said it cannot be repaired. The mobile costed Rs.13499/- and now mobile is not in a position to be used. The mobile is still in warranty period. I need cash refund. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Same story with me including replacement and aerplane mode. escalated the same to Lennova and they are still playing with me at junior level solution providers. the company should acknowledge the problem, rectify the issue else provide refund or other model to reduce customer pain and also badmouthing of the brand itself.

The Lenora Zeke Z1 Mobile bought from eBay on 6th Dec. 2016 was broken in the beginning. This mobile was used just 30 days. By January 12th the Flight mode (Aeroplane mode) got automatically switched on. No signal is being detected when ism is inserted. When I gave to service, they said it cannot be repaired. The mobile coasted Ra's.10999/- and now mobile is not in a position to be used. The mobile is still in warranty period. I need cash refund.
