I purchased lenovo zuk z1 on 24 may 2016 imei no. [protected] for ₹13500/-. I started facing an issue of network loss in this after 15 days. So i visited service centre on 17th june there they told me there is a defect in hardware so i requested for replacement but they said you have to ask company for this.
I asked company for a replacement but they refused. When i call on their service centre care number they are telling i will take long. What do i do now? Was this information helpful? |
