I made a purchase of my order #[protected] on 29th august 2016 till date i. E 14th sept 2016 the product is nowhere. Lensclues has no idea about the product and don't even know the tracking id and arrogantly blaming me that because of constant follow up they lost track of my product.
The emails that i receive from [protected]@lensclues.com is not a proper english with no proper answer to my question. They not even once apologised to me for their mistake. Hence i am going all out a reviewing this site and sharing my bad experience.
