[Resolved] Lenskart — Eye glasses | |
First time with lenslart. Really terrible service. My order #[protected]. While placing the order website doesnot show expected time frame (unless if its in a fine print that u cant notice). So i thought like other online websites 3 to 5 days wpuld be common. But now after waiting for a few days i called lenskart and operator tells me it will tale 10 to 12 working days. Which is so lame. That was not it when i aske her y that long she told me it was bifocal so making lens takes time. When i asked operator that status still shows in processing on the websit and is not going to the next step of preparation. But operator kept repeating that it takes 12 working day and offered no help or could not understand my needs that i have placed the order for my mom and waiting 12 working days is a lot of hassle for my mom. After such a parhetic experience will never do business with lenskart. Was this information helpful? | |
