I have purchased a spectacle 4 months back, which had a 1 year warranty on frame coating.
On getting some frame coating issues after 4 months, I contacted Lenskart for warranty. They asked me to send back the spectacle and they would replace the frame.
I had sent the spectacles back to lenskart for frame replacement on 24 Feb 2016. But till date they are just asking more and more time.
I have spoken to around 20 different customer support representatives and got all together different version of truth from them.
Some of the things they told me:
1) My spectacle is lost in transit.
2) They found spectacle but frame is out of stock.
3) They have added refund to my store credit.
4) Again they will try to get product from 3rd party vendor.
5) After all above point, One day they started feeling frame was OK, problem was with lenses. Then again corrected them that its the frame which has the problem.
6) Now they say they have shipped to wrong address.
7) I corrected that address thing on 13 Feb..
But the only thing till date which I have got is ... A lot of phone bill and
Bucket full of harassment.
Please help me.. This company is either run by fools or they are making people fool.
