[Resolved] Lenskart — Not co-operating customer care, order not delivered from past 20 days | |||||
Such a bad service and pathetic customer handling by lenskart. They are cheating consumers on the sake of online marketing. I have placed an order [protected] on 11th january and still it has not been reached to me. I have called customer care 6-7 times and each time they will only say that we will come back to you with in 24-48 hours but then no show. There is a glitch system and they are not accepting it. I am attaching proof as one of my order is in pending state from 1 year. As per the product scheme they should refund me the full amount and send the order to me. But still no one is even responding.
