I had ordered power sun glasses from your Whitefield store.
As it was not finished properly, I had to give it back for fixing. Rather than getting fixed, finish was made worse. But the person was gentle enough to understand the issue and took it back to fix.
It has been 10 days since then but there is no update. When I call the store, one guy told me that they can't do anything and that I can write to whom I want.
Is this how you do business? This amounts to cheating. I made for an order that you accepted you will fulfill but you are not fulfilling. This is pathetic experience..
