[Resolved] Lenskart — Pathetic service by lenskart at camac street and need a refund for not delivering th glasses even after a month | |||||
I ordered a pair of glasses of VC and the optician took my eye power, when i checked the power i told him its wrong. He said its due to transposition and that its the same power but just a different way of writing the power. When i got my glasses and wore them, I started getting headaches due to the wrong power and again went to them to get them checked. The optician spoke very rudely not accepting his fault. I gave the glasses for exchange. Its been 20 days and i have not received the glasses and when i call the shop, they give excuses telling me it will be ready in 2 - 3 days. I want a refund for the glasses. The service at the Camac Street, Kolkata of lenskart is pathetic and the people handling there don't know how to talk to the customers. I am attaching along the receipt which was given at the time of giving my glasses for exchange. I need the refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
