I was interested in purchasing a frame from lenskart on dt-31/03/16, when i chose the frame and headed towards the payment page, i have completed my transaction of rs-1569.75/- from sbi net banking having acc no-[protected].But the order was not placed despite of being amount was deducted from my account.Hope you take quick action against him.The following details of my transaction are:-

the company is not responding anything regarding this matter despite of so many calls i have done.Expecting my full amount in my account quickly and as soon as possible.
