I ordered one frame along with the power lenses. They just add the gold membership by default in the cart to fool the customers.
I never wanted or added any membership in the card, but still got charged for it. I realised it immediately and sent an email to their customer care within 2 minutes but they refuse to refund any money for membership stating it is non- refundable even though I never added any membership to the cart by myself which should be my obvious right as a customer i.e. to choose what I wish to purchase and not be tricked into purchasing someone from my hard earned money.
