[Resolved]  Lenskart — Unethical behaviour

This particular company has been harassing me for the last three months by not refunding my legal expense (For sending them a legal notice during the lockdown period) along with my fully paid amount of rs 4628 along with compensation for not delivering the spectacles. I had ordered my spectacles to himalaya optical on 27/5/2020 and received the specs within 6 days.

My advocate had served a legal notice to Lenskart which they received on 11/06/2020 via registered post RW378901782 IN but so far I have not received any response yet.
