Dear Sir, it is intimated that i was placed an order for mobile SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND 2 at site letsbuymobile.com on dated 03.06.2014 but company existing criteria i was not qualified and its related conformation received through sms on dated 13.06.2014 at my mobile no.[protected].Further it is say that accordingly to the web site "If your application is rejected by our credit team your processing fee will be non refundable but you will receive a Branded wrist watch worth Rs.1999". But after passing more than two months it can not be received by me, So in this regard it is requested that kindly look the matter seriously and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
