Levi's India — Altered jeans sold

This Preet Vihar outley of Levis, has been selling defective product's, but instead they are blaming that I got the jeans altered. In fact there has been an extra stich along the length, but to save their cost thet are blaming that I got it altered, for which they have no basis to e plain, Now the store manager doesn't want to excHa ge the piece nor refunding the amount.
