Levi's India — Regarding out of shape of t-shirt

Dear concern, I had purchased one t-shirt of levis (ART.NO.0009) on 2nd of july from sec-18 market noida, UP levis store, the seller said that the stuff is good. After one wash the t-shirt become out of shape. I returned the t-shirt on 16 july 2015 to IVORY PALACE IN CONNAUGHT PLACE, DELHI-110001, (DEFECT CODE:17080), (SETTLEMENT SLIP NO.:43126) with this hope that my issue will resolve with better solution. after one week the spoke of the IVORY PALACE called me and said the t-shirt will not be exchange or replace. I never thought that levis will give this kind out service. Its better you people should not give the fake commitment to the customer. and i will not pick up that t-shirt from store until unless it replaced. Regards: Dhruv Goyal [protected]
