Hi,
This is my second death claim complaint for the same policy:[protected]
I had submitted the papers in Jan 2014 and when i raised the first complaint(No# [protected] on 28/
02/2014) that time the LIC branch Bharthana starts asking that i have to submit a single account holder
cheque and your fund is already approved.
When i went to submit the single account holder cheque that time they said to submit a stamp ticket
with signature.
When i had submitted this also now his statement was he is not free.
Is this the way you are dealing with customer.
I am having 4 other LIC policies; it is difficult to maintain those.
Please take some necessary actions.
