LIC Housing Finance — LIC; worst service

i have taken a home loan on April 2014 i put EMI as a auto pay.first 4 months they withdrawn properlybut from January i noticed emi didnt taken. i called to saidapet office where i taken my loan, straight away they said me to to pay rs1 laks with penalty.i got shocked to pay a big amount.but somehow i managed and paid the money on march end. again 2 months they didnt taken the emi. i need call and ask every time "what is the problem" no on is giving the proper answer..what the hell is going on ...hw can i pay a big amount in one with penalty... from morning i am calling nobody is there to pick and give proper answer about the problem. my next step is writing the complaint hope someone will be there to solve the issue.
