LIC Housing Finance — Not able to register online

sir i have taken a home loan in agra in march 2012.My loan account no. is[protected].I ve tried to register it online but after several trial it shows that account no already registered & if i enter under forgot username it shows that it will be sent to your mail, but i do not get any mail, i have not registerd my mail account. please reset my entry so that i can register freshly.please help sir
