LIC Housing Finance — Not providing list of documents

My home loan a/c no.is[protected] and I want to shift my home loan to other agency. I handed over a cheque of Rs 570 as demanded but they are not providing me list of documents and statement etc. They are telling me that the procedure takes a long time. So please provide me, needed documents, at the earliest so that interest can be saved
