LIC Housing Finance — Providing the Photocopies of my loan Document

This is the subject matters, I have applied for 1. List of Documents 2. Photocopies of the Title documents after filling the subscribed form and payments of Rs 1686 vide PDC which has already debited from my account on 18 th March 2014 for house Loan account bearing No. [protected]. Through out I pursued case through mail & telephone to the Area Manager of LICHFL and meet personally on the subject matters on dated 03.02.2015. During peruation a mail was forwarded to me as per below: "Dear sir, As per trailing mail we wish to inform you that we are making regular follow up with our stock holding for sending the original file under loan a/c no 11035849 but due to shifting of premises of stock holding, the original file under loan a/c no 11035849 has been mis-arranged. They are re-arranging files which is time consuming. So you are requested to bear with us for delay. Thanks & Regards, Servicing Department Delhi Back Office [protected], 43524583/84" During meeting, a mid path was decided, but no concrete action has been adopted.
