LIC Housing Finance — Revision in rate of interest

I am Prashant Kulkarni (loan Acc.No:-[protected]) a loyal customer LICHFL.Repaying sincerely past 5 years without any default.This year Feb2015 I forgot to deposit EMI amount in my bank, because of which EMI cheque got bounced. Later I paid the installment along with penalty fees also. Now when I am requesting for rate revision.LICHFL Pune office is claiming not possible because this cheque bounce. This is my second loan from LICHFL.My earlier loan was cleared without any default.Based on this ground requested your office in Swargate Pune, but they are refusing. Why is it so?? when other banks are offering below 10.5%, LICHFL is giving loan to new customers with 10.5%, why they are keeping 12% interest rate for their current customer?
