Sima kolay has already been matured on 02 jun 2015 but maturity amount still not received in my bank account neither i received any cheque/dd of maturity amount. As per your intimation i have sent my bank account details signature with witness and original bond paper to given address illaco house 1 & 3 brabourne road kolkata-1 by registered mail. Please inform me the status. Of my policy & money back status. Also i made multiple visits/ calls at branch of lic kolkata main branch i have still not received any positive response. my policy number[protected] the premium was supposed to be credited in march 2016 we are in the month of may they have not yet credited the premium return please look into this on priority
