My policy no.[protected] in the name of mrs. Sima kolay has already been matured on 02 jun 2015 but maturity amount still not received in my bank account neither i received any cheque/dd of maturity amount. As per your intimation i have sent my bank account details signature with witness and original bond paper to given address illaco house 1 & 3 brabourne road kolkata-1 by registered mail. Please inform me the status. Of my policy & money back status.
