[Resolved]  Lic Of India — Failure to contact B.M.of LICI by telephone.

I am a Retd.person. Today i.e. on 29.10.13 .I was eager to contact with Branch Manager of LICI Berhampore branch, K.N.Road, Murshidabad(West Bengal) for inquiring about a policy via telephone using the Contact No, of LICI[protected],[protected],[protected] as per BSNL directory. But, in these two nos[protected],[protected], nobody has received the phone call from 11.00 am to 2.15 pm. Only in the No,[protected], two persons have received the phone call in two times, but they refused to talk with me and told me to call back on 1.00 pm when the employee of that seat will come back. But when I have made the phone call on that No. again on 1.00 pm, one person has received the call but he made the phone out of order. I have got the phone line busy till 2.15 pm. Being disappointed, I have stopped to call on that No. Now, I am unable to understand that why the organisation like LICI do this with me.I will be grateful to you if you kindly look into this matter.
