LIC of India — fraud call

respected sir . i have received a call from no.[protected]. they said lic providing bonus to insurance policy holders out of the funds invested by insurance companies. sir they ask my policy no. nominee, docand do birth. i provide them. then they told me send a cheque of Rs 12000/ to davis and also some proofs of ID. now i understand its a fraud call. and i told them i will not provide any kind of proofs and cheque. also for police complaint. sir plz help me .they will not do any kind of fraud with my policy. i provide only my policy details . thanks...
