LIC of India — non receipt of matured money

Respected sir/madam, I and my late husband Avijit Sarkar commenced a Jeevan Sathi Policy of the L.I.C on the 28th of March, 2001. The policy was about to mature on the 28th of March, 2015 and I was to receive 50000 rupees without any premium. The policy was based on the criterion of Accidental benefit. But till today even after a hard toil of almost 4 months, I have not received the amount. I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities to free me of the impasse.
