My survaival benifit of policy no[protected] was due on 5-7-2015 form your chander nager (ashiyana) kanpur raod lucknow sms form lic was recieved by me by sms on[protected] .i previously sumited NEFT mandate on my all policy. i am sorry to inforam you your good self as at i have not recieved survaival benifit not only this much i have requested to your senior Deivisional maneger hazrat ganj lucknow on[protected] and copy endorsed to your ashiyana lucknow baranch .I am also inform you working proceducor of your ashiyana baranch that survaival benifit of the above policy due on 5-7-2011 and the cheque of the same was despatched on[protected] my father SHRI S D SAXENA has requested his to policy form ashiyana to hazart ganj baranch due to not deposit of intrest of loan by hazrat ganj and janki puram baranch your ashiyana baranch is about 20 km form my residence .My father three times visited to ashiyana after that the transfer made by ashiyana branch .
