Lichfl — Interest of home loan

I had taken home loan from LICHFL at @10.40 interest . after six month they increased to 11.10 my loan was on flexible interest as per market or RBI norms. Since sep 2012 they retain the interest rate though in the open market other home loan provider had reduce their interest rate. I approached to local office staff told me to deposits 0.6%% of outstanding loan to reduce interest rate whose receipt was not given to me after deposting money at Kolkata office. Again RBI reduce their repo rate further other reduce their interest rate but me loan interest never reduce as its own. Then my question is that every time am I require to contact lic office and deposite money to reduce my EMI interest. Please help. My loan account no.[protected].
