Policy No[protected] is in the name of Prakash Modi S/o- Mathura Modi. Policy pertains to our Jhumritelaiya Branch.the papers related to Death Claim payment (Certified Copy of FIR, PMR & Post Mortem Report etc ) had been deposited.but the insurer are paid the partial amount of rs.1, 00, 00/- against the claim amount rs.2, 00, 000/-.So now Nominee want his remaining amount to be paid.
But LIC of India officer demand various types of certificate such as driving licence of original and post martem report.
If you will not give the documents then you will also give one policy.
Again I payment.

Updated by Shailendra Modi LIC of India के branch manager द्वारा Nominee को है कि यदि तुमको accidental claim चाहिए तो driving licence का original copy दो या फिर एक rs-15000/-
की policy दो तब Death Claim paid करेंगे नहीं तो जाना है जाओ नहीं मिलेगा Death Claim payment.
