Respected sir, This is inform you that my father MR. Charan singh having policy no.[protected] has expired on 17.02.2015 and i have met with all the documents required and deposited with mr. rajkumar on 02.05.2015 and he assured me that within 2 days my amount will be deposited but till today it has not been deposited.
