Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) — he not told me premium amount

Dear sir, ihave send to my servant to confirm the premium amount with late fee. but at the counter he is not confirm to him. He toldhim I will confirm when you will deposit. So my one of cheque is going to wasteand after I will give him second cheque. That is not good behavior. They behave like as I take the moneyform him. He sitting in sector 10 Vasundhara Ghaziabad. Kindly take an action against him
