C :- 28/01/2007 Sir, with reference of above motioned policy still I have not received cheque and this policy has been assigned with Bank of Baroda. This time by mistakenly above motioned policy cheque has been issued on my name and on my home address but it suppose to be issued for Bank of Baroda, This information has conveyed to me through Mr. Bipinbhai Shah (LIC agent).
