Respected Sir, I Prabir Chakraborty, policy holder of your company, at Lic branch KANDI(42C).After getting the next form I have provided all the necessary documents and verified it by the branch D.O DÀLIM DAS.After seeing all the papers he assured that all the needed dcumnts are given and sum will be transferred to your account.But after that I was informed to submit certain documents again.So I did.After that he is again asking for some other document.As I stay 150km away from that branch it's not possible for me to go there at his will.So my request to you please help me and take necessary steps against those irresponsible Lic officers and save your customers from getting harrased in this way.As I have already submitted the policy bond, I can't give you the picture.So I'm giving you the details Policy no:[protected] Lic branch:-LIC of India KANDI branch Radha Bajar Post:- Kandi, Dist:- Murshidabad, WEST BENGAL, pin code:-0, Branch code :-42C, pH no :[protected].
