Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) — policy no- [protected] got matured in the month of dec14, but till date i have not recd the maturity amount

my policy no[protected] has got matured in the month of ec14, but till date i have not recd the maturity amount. i have been following up with Ranchi lalpur branch and got a reply that the amount has been credited to my corporation bank account, but in my bank account the amount was not there, so again i visited the branch and started following up, then came to know that there is a mistake in the account no of mine and the amount has been credited to somebody elses account. This is such a mess i cant even explain. then the concern employee said we are putting a mail and will inform when the cheq comes back to us. but after my several follow-up till date there is no respond. Kindly look into the matter as its already 4 months over from the date of maturity.
