Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) — Premium debited through esc but not reflecting in policy

My premium was debited through esc but it was not reflecting in policy hence not credited and they told me that i have to pay 5 month of premium throuh cash or the policy will lapse so i paid the amount. i gave lic the rbi refrence nunber of ecs but then to they are telling we have not received any such amount.i also made complaints to irda . then to my problem is not yet solved.
