I have purchased Online LIC Term policy, my policy got completed(bond for same I have received) with this policy no[protected] and Access id of same was[protected], this was my second application with no medical test(as the same was done in first application).
First Application id was[protected]got rejected because of insufficient income), but after closing my further cancelled policy my second application got successfully completed without taking medical checkup.
Now LIC has to pay me refund for medical charges which was deducted for first policy application, for which I have wrote the mail and they have ensure and confirmed me that will be eligible & once policy got competed the same will be done automatically.
The refund is still not done and I am trying to call & follow up with LIC online Marketing team, but there is no reply from their end. Every time if i have call then i have to give them all details and after giving all that details they are just asking simple answer this will take time.
I just want to know that is there any Turn Around Time or any responsibility to response the customer query by mail???
Now what can i do if the same will not done even if i am waiting for some more days??? Is there any escalation matrix for raising my concerns to specific department, who can here me and do the needful???
